I used to have so much more money before Steam came along. This is ridiculous. And I haven't even been home to check the sales out yet.

Anyway, for games:

Just got to Hell's Kitchen in Deus Ex. I'm actually impressed quite a bit so far with this game; I wasn't expecting something so well-done for its time. I'm enjoy it and I've just dipped my toes in.

I picked up Torchlight off Steam as well. I found the Diablo games okay, never played them online and didn't have enough interest in 2 to get through the expansion after barely getting through the main game. However... I'm rather enjoying Torchlight for some reason. It's pretty much just a watered-down if more colorful version of it. Not sure why I like it so much.

I'm glad someone mentioned GOG, because they're also having ridiculous sales right now. Might and Magic 1-6 for seven dollars? Okay! And Beyond Good and Evil on Steam for five?

Has anyone played Messiah? It's one of those things that has always piqued my curiosity but that I never actually committed to. But for three-fifty...

So far I'm doing the same as Leokef... GTA IV and Stalker:CS. They seem like awesome value in the sense that they are fairly recent.

There's also good stuff like Fallout 3 on sale which I'm tempted by... but its still $35.

Braid is now $2.49 so seriously if you haven't got that by now then do that.

i bought stalker for my brother for christmas. probably just gonna give him 20bux and let him find what he wants in the steam store

wolfenstein is still only 25% off or w/e it is so i still dont think ill go for it

on the other hand i just noticed that civ 4 is finally on steam in this country. up til a while ago you could only get the civ4: conquerors expansion on steam here, would that even have worked. civ 4 pack 27 dollars hmm

aside from those i have already bougth every single steam game so ill be fine. mirrors edge and stalkers are real cool deals though
