I just bought a scale and found I'm right at 230 pounds, which is the most I've ever weighed, and I've gotten so many stretch marks on my body that I'm starting to look like Victor Zsasz. I don't really feel that heavy, but I have noticed being short of breath recently just climbing up the stairs a few times. So I'm on a mission now to drop down to 200, the weight on my driver's license. That's usually how people do these things, right. I think it's time we got a health thread going since I know Pip, at least, is fat as hell too and we can make a project of this, one that we all have slightly more incentive to do than say, write a novel in a month or review SNES games or organize a porn exchange that gets more and more depraved. We lose weight, we feel a lot better about ourselves, boost our confidence, get more and hotter ass; they fill pages of textbooks with benefits such as these.
So, let's share some healthy habits, proven methods that we know of that help us stay in shape or lose weight. I know there are a few fellow fatasses among the people I'm asking, and I know there are a lot of skinny asses who don't know shit about how they magically keep the weight off. But together we should be able to come up with some valuable insights that'll help us out. I know I'm cutting out all soft drinks and anything else too sugary. Now I'm just drinking water and some very lightly sugared tea. Cutting out desserts and limiting portions. I'm also prohibiting myself from pizza unless it's just the best damn pizza around. I've also started some exercise in the morning, stuff that I can do fresh out of bed like working out with some dumbbells, situps, stretches, so on to get the blood flowing. Once we get the old water heater out of the basement, I'm going to pull out my brother's old weight bench and set it up. That should burn some calories. And maybe I'll use it too!
Supposing I do all these things or the majority of them, I should be on track to lose some weight. Who's with me.
