One of my all time favorite Jackie Chan movies is Project A. This seems to be the point where he stops doing traditional kung fu and starts playing with environments and everyday objects. This is technically a chase scene, but there's some fighting in there, and it always gets my heart rate up.



It's still no Police Story, but then again, what is? Police Story is still my very favorite.

Project A was definitely one of JC's first steps away from traditional kung-fu to using everything that's around him, whether it's the environment, furniture, or other random objects.

This is pretty much the final stage of this transition:



One of his weakest movies IMO. Didn't like it at all.

Lets get some Van Damme in this bitch. These don't have the awesome choreography of the Hong Kong stuff, but watching him beat the utter living shit out of a dude at the end of movie is a nice emotional high.

ive been trying to find a youtube of the dolph lundgren / van damme fight at the end of universal soldier 3, there isnt a ton of martial arts its just brutal and awesome. and the end of that fight is so fucking cool

i feel most people haven't seen the 2nd ong bak, so heres an exciting scene where tony jaa brutally murders 2 men and then uses both muay thai and tiger style kung fu to beat up 2 other dudes.
